A veteran broker in the Vail Valley, Molly Griffin has been selling real estate for 15 years and consistently ranks among the best, specifically in the Top 20 at Slifer Smith and Frampton (SSF) in 2016. Prior to being asked to open SSF's brand-new office in Beaver Creek's Highlands Lodge, Molly dominated her Westin Riverfront office location, earning the "Top Producer" title numerous times and also ranking #1 in Eagle County in the overall Avon market.
An Indiana native and University of Michigan graduate, Molly's Midwestern values have brought her great success in real estate. Her reputation for high standards, hard-work and professional and ethical practices promote her continued accomplishments. Referrals are at the core of her business and Molly genuinely enjoys the personal relationships that come from helping both locals and second-homeowners. She has twice earned Slifer Smith & Frampton's "Customer Service Award," one given in response to extensively positive client feedback.
In addition to working with individual buyers and sellers, Molly also focuses on launching and managing the sales of real estate development projects, most recently the prestigious Brookside Park Signature Lofts in Avon and before that, The Ascent Residences at the base of Beaver Creek. Through her work on real estate developments, Molly has gained invaluable experience in architectural design, space planning and staging, as well as developing a keen perspective on what buyers desire in a given location. In 2012, Molly earned SSF’s “Going the Extra Mile” award after selling 32 units at The Ascent within the first 3 weeks on the market, a record-setting accomplishment in the depth of the recession and further recognition of her overall skills as a listing broker for luxury resort real estate.
Molly relishes precious time with her friends and family including husband, Oliver, twin 13-year-old sons, Andrew and Luke, and 2-year-old, Evelyn, at their home in the Singletree neighborhood of Edwards. A keen golfer, having attended UM on a golf scholarship, Molly appreciates playing the many beautiful courses in our Valley, and enjoys tennis, running, yoga, hiking, and skiing.
Andrew Cryer is no stranger to the resort real estate market having spent his entire career with Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate in Beaver Creek. His portfolio of successful transactions includes all types of properties from ski-in/ski-out homes to riverfront acreage. He has seen continued success early in his career and was awarded Slifer Smith & Frampton's "Rising Star" award for 2017. Coming from a family of Denver real estate professionals, he has made his own mark in the Vail Valley.
A Colorado native, Andrew grew up ski racing with Ski & Snowboard Club Vail. After graduating from the University of Denver, the Vail Valley seemed the perfect fit for Andrew to settle. Earning a BSBA degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, with a strong background in customer service, aids him well in his real estate career. Andrew appreciates the sense of community and entrepreneurial roots that makes life in the Vail Valley so special.
Andrew spent a large portion of his university years in Central and South America, honing his Spanish Language skills. The ability to converse fluently in Spanish, nicely compliments his team’s ability to assist the Vail Valley’s large international population. Andrew lives in Minturn with his wife and baby girl and is passionate about skiing, running, fly fishing and backpacking.
Everyone has a different path that takes them to the Vail Valley. Originally from Cape Cod, MA, Eric found his way after a cross country road trip that would forge a new frontier moving west. That path landed in the Highlands Office of Slifer Smith & Frampton in 1998. Since that time, Eric has been a licensed broker since 1999 along with an illustrious career in both marketing and sales in the Vail Valley.
Prior to joining Slifer Smith & Frampton in 2018 as a broker associate, Eric most recently led a start up digital company called Everything Colorado. In an everchanging media and sales landscape, his digital expertise provides a unique skill set to help promote listings through targeted and data driven marketing channels. By creating a digital first strategy, sellers can expect innovative campaigns to reach potential buyers.
For over a decade, Eric also was the marketing director for Slifer Smith & Frampton where he helped guide the company in evolving their branding and driving sales to nearly $3 billion. During this time, he helped to negotiate some of the key foundations with media partners that are still in place today. This experience was followed by accolades as the top sales executive with the Vail Daily and Swift Communications two years in a row.
Eric earned his degree at James Madison University in Psychology and Advertising. He maintains an active role in his community in both Vail and Massachusetts as one of the founding board members of a non-profit in Sandwich where he grew up.
As a Vail Valley local for 20 years, Eric loves being able to raise his family in Edwards. After meeting his wife Allison whitewater kayaking, they enjoy spending time with their two daughters and seeking fun in the outdoors whenever possible. Eric is an avid mountain biker, skier, kayaker, hiker and softball player.
